Need suggestions for a day trip and bike ride

My wife and I will be in town and want to escape Seoul this Sunday or Monday.

We'd love to go somewhere by train where we can rent a bike and bike along a river/coast for the day (prefer flat).

Any suggestions or tips? Places to visit, routes or rental places. All are appreciated.
