What adapter is suitable for a Xiaomi H100 hair dryer (16A and 250V)?

Does it still need an adapter? It has a two-pin plug with a round base. I will also connect it to a 100-250V, 50/60 Hz, 0.4A,Output :5.0V 2.1A Omni extension wire. Your answers would be very much appreciated.
