Allow comments from everyone on LinkedIn if you are looking for a job!

I thought this would be obvious but I’ve heard recruiters complain about it and I’ve experienced it waaaayyy too often.

If you are using LinkedIn and create a post about looking for work, make sure 3rd level connections can comment on your post! You are missing out on potential recruiters and limiting the post reach by limiting comments.

It’s happening waaayyy too much.

If you don’t know how, here it is:

Click Start a post at the top of your LinkedIn homepage. Click on your profile name dropdown. Make sure “Anyone” is marked under “who can see your posts”.
