Claim and compound, or don’t bother?

I find myself checking my rewards on Morpho each day, waiting to claim and swap them back to USDC just to deposit back into the vault. It’s quite a hassle, but is it worth it?

I gave up on chasing yields after being burnt by UST on Anchor the last cycle. Only interested in battle tested strategies that is paying me higher than my back.

How do people yield farm these days?
