Linked episodes

I've just spotted a link between Boo to a Goose and Last Weekend (probably late to the party on that one). Obviously How Do You Plead? and The Devil of Christmas are linked by Derek Jacobi, but are there any other episodes that are linked in some way (other than the hare, Reece and Steve, No 9 etc). I'm excluding Plodding On because that references every episode.
