Sex and Relationship Education in Sweden?

Hi! I am comparing sex and relations education around the world and would like to know the kind of education received by Swedes in local public or private schools? Coming from an East-Asian background ours was practically non-existent and heavily emphasizing "self-learning" or parents broaching these topics. But it seems to quite different based of the limited sample size I discussed with. Thanks!
