How Aidan Won Skool Games Q3 and 5x’d His MRR in 60 Days
Huge thank you to Alex Hormozi, Sam Ovens, Andrew Kirby, Nick Saraev, Max Perzon, and the entire Skool team. I set “$5k MRR” as a goal July 26th. Today: $9,224 MRR and we won the skool games #1 in the music category. Surreal, and repeatable if you do the reps.
What worked (simple, not easy)
- Raise price to match value. Don’t race to the bottom, stack value and charge accordingly.
- Show up daily in the community. Go pro. Respond to everyone.
- Post content religiously. You’re invisible until you’re not.
- Upgrade gear after profits, not before.
- ManyChat + manual outreach. Scripts. Do what doesn’t scale first.
- Obsess over the first 1–10 seconds. Hook > everything.
- Create scarcity and stack bonuses for urgency.
- Lead with your wins. Modest doesn’t convert—proof does.
- Ruthless focus: one core mission, one schedule, no excuses.
- Build a real community, reward affiliates, help others make money.
What I changed (behavior = results)
- Journaled daily tasks with Signal vs. Noise column
- Killed morning meetings; switched to getting reports.
- 6am wake up, cold shower, work first.
- No email until core work done.
- Bricked my phone first 5–6 hours.
- Zero multitasking. One block, one task.
- Replied to 3,000–4,000 comments/DMs.
- Posted on schedule no matter what.
- Clarified the mission: help as many music producers as I can.
Lessons I’d pass on:
- Volume wins: 100 minutes of content or 100 reach-outs daily. Do it for 100 days.
- Hooks matter: Hook → Retain → Reward. Front-load value
- Prioritize your CTA. Push people to your community every video.
- Scarcity/bonuses move fence-sitters. Use them ethically and clearly.
Looking forward to hanging out with all the skool games winners in person!
Leave a comment if you found this useful at all I would really appreciate feedback.
Grateful. This is the new baseline. Let’s keep going.
