How long do you think for AI to create an AI world VRMMO game?

Considering recent news and game companies eager to incorporate AI in their MMO games to create a world and mechanics like in the ready player one or Sword Art Online and so on, how long you all think its needed for create that? (Aside from the friction or the instability mindset of the corporate like saying AI is future and when the experiment failed and saying people are inevitable and AI can't replace people.
