will windows 11 slow down my laptop?

Welp the time to say goodbye to 10 is near. I've heard the stories online of peoples older more windows 10 centric laptops not doing too well in 11. Mine isn't too old but I just don't know specs that well, will my laptop be fine? I've debated just figuring out how to keep 10 longer but if its not needed then ill just upgrade.

My specs are:
Installed Ram 16GB 3200 MHz

11th Gen Intel i7-11800H @ 2.3GHz
Graphics Card 4GB (multiple installed, idk if that matters)
lmk if theres any other info I need to give
