Help with boss fight

I am STUCK on >!Prometheus!< and could really use some help. I get him down to about quarter health, and he flies up and rains down red rows of HUGE damage that I can’t seem to avoid. Am I expected to memorize the timing of where the safe spaces are? I’ve been able to do that for the first time as it’s three instances of him damaging the majority of the screen. I was so excited to get past that point, and then he did it again for like seven instances, I legitimately cannot remember that many movements in a row. “Okay SuperGreen, it’s left-right-center-center-left shit what was third one” and I’m DEAD. Help??
