Sick time

Am I able to use sick time as a vacation? Like can I use all my sick time in a row. I have 24 hours of sick time, I don't call out unless I need too, so I usually just wait till I get paid at the end off they year. So I was thinking of taking my last vacation soon and using my sick time at the same time so I'll have about 2 weeks off.
