Thin Oil Film on and around 2020 Civic engine

Just bought this used car with 50k miles and it has a few issues I am trying to address. The AC doesnt work so I know theres a problem somewhere there. However, when i opened the hood to look for leaks, I noticed that the casing above the air filter was moist and shiny. I then inspected and saw the same moisture on the underside of the hood and other components. I cant find anything about this online. Its some sort of oil that is odorless and no apparent color. Not sure if its related to the AC issue or completely unrelated. Everything just looks shiny like condensation.
