Assistant manager getting involved with transfers 🙄

Is there a way to disable the assistant manager on this stupid game this year cause as I’ve seen many of you know there’s a game breaking bug this year where a player will randomly put in a transfer request even though they play basically every game and you can’t remove them, the assistant manager then “attempts” to handle the transfer it gets withdrawn every time and you can’t sell the player. I’ve seen people say “just disable the assistant manager” that’s great but how do you do that?????
