Can you be fired for not being able to access your work emails?
Hi,
Im in Scotland and I work as a support worker and the company I work for is transitioning from using our personal email addresses to work ones.
IV been encountering a lot of issues setting this up and got another call with IT to try and resolve, I'm starting to get worried that if it can't be resolved they may dismiss/fire me. IV never rejected any support for this issue or said I won't.
It's not a work phone but my personal phone, and I access my training courses through my personal email address.
What is the likely outcome if IT cant resolve this? IV been employed with them for 4 years now.
Thank you
