Best 0% APR balance transfer card? (I already have citi, chase, Amex)

I have a current balance amount of around 7k USD (on my Citi diamond preferred) which I want to transfer to another credit card.

Apart from Citi, I also have chase freedom unlimited, freedom flex, and AmEx blue cash everyday. (The 0 apr intro period is over for all these cards)

My total credit limit is 87k USD (chase: 39k + Amex: 33.5k + citi: 14.6k)

My Equifax and TransUnion credit score is: 746.

Would greatly appreciate any advice as to which cards are better for balance transfer given my profile.
