My coworker screamed at me for using a pen that wasn’t hers and I still can’t stop laughing

So today I walked into the office and grabbed a pen from the communal drawer like I always do. I was halfway through writing a note when my coworker storms over, face red, and starts yelling about how I “stole her pen” even though it literally wasn’t labeled. Everyone froze and I just stared at her for a solid ten seconds before laughing so hard I almost dropped the note.

The best part? She went on for a full five minutes explaining why “her pens are sacred” and I’m still trying to figure out if she actually believes that or just wants attention. Meanwhile half the office was trying not to die laughing and the other half looked like they were witnessing a hostage situation over stationery.

I feel like I should be mad but I honestly can’t stop giggling thinking about her dramatic rant over something so dumb. Has anyone else had a coworker lose their mind over literally nothing like this or is it just me?
