Why doesn't my unkillable work? HELP

So I'm trying to use this guide: EASY UNKILLABLE

and have tuned the speeds for my DPS exactly like in the screenshots, but my team is dying anyways at around turn 7/8.
What am I doing wrong? Also do I need to max the masteries for both maneaters?
