Is it normal to have interview with the Dean of Admissions?

I have an interview for a T10 tomorrow, and they just sent me my interviewers. One is the Dean of Admissions and the other is a regular MD Physician. Is this good or bad? I'm getting really nervous now because of how much of an impact she can make on my decision. Also is this normal?
