Tiny white hard bumps that feel like sand – keep coming back

Hey !

I keep getting these tiny white hard things on my face that feel like little pearls or grains of sand. They’re not like regular pimples — more like small white dots that I can easily remove, but then they show up again after 3–4 days, especially around my chin.

Does anyone else experience this? Are these milia or clogged pores? And what actually helps to stop them from coming back so quickly?

I’d love to hear if anyone has dealt with this and what worked for you.
