Vortex turkey

Has anyone every tried to do a turkey with a vortex? I have a bird that is a bit too big to do indirect on my kettle so I was thinking of quartering it and letting it rip with the vortex. Was thinking dry brine with baking powder to try and get super crispy skin as well.
