First night - how to get her to wind down

My girl was 1 of 9 so I think the loss of siblings has stressed her. I can’t really seem to soothe her even next to her pen. She’s got food, water, she’s peed and pooped. Got a couple toys. But I swear she’s refusing to sleep. Panting and crying even while I hold her.

Any advice appreciated because I’m stressed and trying to not let her realise
