Workout app freezing and not starting workouts

For whatever reason, when I try to start a workout the app freezes and nothing happens. I’m on watchOS 26.1 so I wouldn’t be surprised if that had something to do w it. Any suggestions? I have a series 10, which has been fine up until now.
