Bare minimum for shrimp-only tank?

What would be the bare minimum tank size, filter/heater, plants/decor etc, for if I decided to have a tank for just shrimp ?? I’m wondering if I have enough spare stuff … Apparently a few of the ghost shrimp I got for my betta tank are “eggnant” and I’m considering starting a shrimp-only tank after the babies are “born” and grow up a bit Any advice and suggestions would be much appreciated!!
