TIL: Warfare Tier 4 skill Valor, added with modifier Sword of Damocles, can kill yourself

As title, Hardcore player beware!
I had 1400+ hp, and 821 pierce armor, tooltips says it will deal 1960 pierce damage to myself, so it seem to ignore my armor.
Tried level 1 mod with full hp in town, and died to it.
