Is it worth moving to Dubai from London?

Hello I am a paid media manager with 7 years of experience and I am thinking of moving to Dubai, but I don’t know what will be the best approach to find a job there or go there and find a job. Are there any specific websites that I can start looking in. Do you also know what sites offers worldwide digital marketing jobs ?
