Which DLC would you get in my situation?

So im new to the game and im really enjoying it, so i got the west balkans dlc which is probably the best one. Now i have 10 euros left in my account for a dlc priced 8.99, so its between Road to the Black sea, Beyond the baltic sea(definetely not), France, Italy or Scandinavia. I am Bulgarian so it would make sense to do Road to black sea because i can visit my country but if i can pick 2 dlcs i dont want them both to be balkans
