Is this the resistance?

regular german news consumer pov: usa is going downhill. every new news is getting worse. This is the most deciding turning point in us history probably. More and more people even in germany are going public about it but I see no real news about an organized opposition. Except this governor from cal and obama here and there. Is there an organized resistance?
