Scoliosis and accutane

I have just started accutane treatment, and I am on day 3, I have a history of scoliosis surgery, dating from 2015. But I am very afraid of the pain that this medication will cause on the joints, I would like to know if this kind of medication causes joint pain in the long term because if it is just during the treatment I can grit my teeth and take it upon myself, but if at the end I still feel and this medication has destroyed me the inside has life, I'm too freaked out about it, my dermatologist told me it's not a problem I had scoliosis surgery,
