Just stumbled across a super early project called NebulaX – it’s a new Layer 2 built on top of Ethereum, focusing on scalability and near-zero gas fees. What caught my attention is that they’re still in testnet phase and already hinting at a massive airdrop for early users 👀.

Here’s what I found so far:
