Transfer points to freedom or cash out?

I have about 180k points in CSR. I also have chase freedom card. Before this fee increase, I was happy to keep CSR. But not now. I want to close my CSR. If i cash out the points, I am getting 1800$. Is it better to cash it out or move them to chase freedom? Cashout value is always 1cpp, right?
