Cleaning Advice

Hello! Idk if this is the right sub - lmk where else to post!

I purchased a dress second hand that needs a to be cleaned. I'm wondering if I can clean it at home of if I should cough up the $500 to have it dry cleaned to wear for my wedding...

The stains in the hem can't be seen from the right-side-out there's some make-up or something on the bodice (perhaps from hugs?). Otherwise, dress is is good condition.
