[TOMT] Movie/TV ep — man jogging helps elderly couple in wheelchair, gets sedated, locked in basement?

Hi — looking for a horror/thriller I watched recently (English language, maybe British/European accents but can’t recall?). I only watched the first episode and can’t find it anymore!

Here’s what I remember: • Starts with a man (I think he might be a school teacher / professor) going for a run. • He sees an elderly couple struggling with the wife’s wheelchair and offers to help. • They seem grateful but then he’s sedated and dragged into their van. • He wakes up locked in their basement. At one point he’s forced to eat an animal’s (or possibly human-like) heart/liver • Tone felt like a gritty horror/thriller.

I watched it a few weeks ago on a streaming service but can’t remember which one.

Any ideas? I’m starting to think I dreamed this LOL because I can’t find it anywhere! Even partial matches valuable — thanks!
