Baby reeves always hungry

I got a baby (made 2 months old) reeves turtle from a gross little fish shop here in Vietnam. I’ve had him about a week and a half, and this guy always seems to be hungry. Anytime we walk near his tank he thinks he’s being fed. He is always scrounging in the rocks for food. We put his food in save spot each day, he checks that spot constantly for food.

How much should he be eating each day?

Is there possibly something wrong with him? Stress?

From what I can tell he seems to be healthy. He warmed up to us quickly, he likes head scratches and his shell brushed. He just has black hole for a stomach.

Currently in smallish Fish tank until I get his new enclosure delivered.

Eats bloodworms and some green mush they were feeding him at the fish shop (looks kinda like mushy spinach). He won’t touch much else.
