Super thin lips and options

My lips are about my biggest source of dysphoria. They are non existent. Lipstick looks kinda ridiculous even when coloring outside the box. I looked into Juvederm UXC and the place is really selling; I will love the results. I looked at their before and after and the gains look so minimal. Some of it even looks like camera tricks.

Can someone direct me to some different choices or validate results from juviderm? It's not cheap and that money could go towards laser... I looked up fat injection but it's so expensive I can just wait for ffs.
