Cheapest HDR1000 / DolbyVision 1000nit MONITOR/TV/THING

I'm moving and need a screen around 32". Could be 27", or bigger than 32, if it's more convenient to purchase. I'm used to LG WOLED / Tandem OLED panels (LG C/G TVs) which is my preferred type of panel.

I don't care about input lag. I don't care about gaming features. 120Hz would be nice but absolutely NOT a priority. The screen will be used to watch MOVIES, TV, VIDEOS from work (no editing - just consuming). The sources will be 4K HDR BluRay muxes, Prime Video, Netflix, 4:4:4 or 4:2:2 10-bit 2160/1440 footage from cameras.

I don't care about 4K either, 1440p is enough. My priority is color quality (not fidelity), general perceived 'pleasureness' of the screen, most of all a true HDR experience and kick-ass luminance even in SDR. Ideally I'd want VESA HDR1000 certification, 700nits (at least) of SDR brightness, true 10-bit color and I know this is almost impossible, but I would really like Dolby Vision compatibility.

So, should I just give up and buy another LG C 42", which I don't want to do because I very very often move and have to change my house? Is there not anything 27"/32"? It seems to me there pretty much isn't, unless I spend more than what a 42" LG C2 costs.
