Support OpenWRT for Cudy WR6500 and Cudy WR3600

I'm looking to get a router, but I haven't chosen one yet. I want something that will be future-proof. From what I see, OpenWRT isn’t currently supported on Cudy WR6500 and Cudy WR3600 specific routers. Do you know if they will be supported in the near future?
