We want to make it official, but there’s an intimacy problem.

I’m 25 M and the guy I’m dating is 24 M, we’ve been getting along really well and have been talking for a little over a month now. He’s very sweet and I really want to pursue a relationship with him, and we are both feeling the same way. However, due to my financial situation after college and finding a job, I’m back living with my folks for a while. He recently moved to my area from Chicago and is living with family until he finds a steady job. How would yall go about dating someone where those moments of intimacy like sex and the like have to be put on the back burner due to our living situations? I know it’s possible, but any suggestions on what to do/where to go for times where we want to be alone? Should I pursue a relationship right now considering our situations?
