Vodafone 4g mobile hotspot stopped working

I purchased a 60gb 4g wifi dongle on Sunday and it has stopped working. I have no way of contacting Vodafone as I can’t make an account as I don’t have a mobile or landline number so can’t use their chat bot. When phoning their support number I also don’t have a number or product number to reach any support. Any idea how to fix this?
