Is 28 too late to make friends?

Just thought that it would be fine to throw myself once in a while here. You can call me Max. My timezone is GMT+3 which i honestly dont care about bcause i cant sleep at nights. Who needs sleep anyway right. I'm someone who is slovly losing their brain at home hiding behind the curtains from sun. I donf know why. I dont really like going out if I dont need to. Lately i even feel like i would never talk to anyone if i dont need. Can I not just go to a shop and just pull up my card without talking?
