Help with game progress

Hi, I have been playing this game for few months and I keep discovering new stuff but I feel like I'm stuck in a endless loop.

What have I done so far:

• 7 MAD resets
• 4 bioseed resets
• Did few challenges (including Genetic dead end scenario)
• Total mastery 15.25%
• Current plasmids 578
• Current phage 61
• Several CRISPR upgrades
• Made it to Hell at one point, made some progress but decided to bioseed reset

What is there to do next? I keep reading about universes and black hole reset but I can't seem to figure it out, any advice on what to pursue?
