App Library UI Issue

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the user interface in the section where it switches from glass to standard in the App Library. On my iPhone 17 Pro Max, there is a single row that looks almost like a line of dead pixels in the transition when you are scrolling through the your App Library. It's in a lower potion when searching the App Library. I am on the latest update and have tried changing wallpapers and rebooting my phone. The issue is visible in screenshots and when the phone is mirrored to my Mac.
