Another outage today??

Seems to happen twice a month where i cant access my accounts on web or mobile... usually when the market is very busy, being up or down more than normal. Its incredibly frustrating as someone who uses options a fair amount. Their value can fluctuate very rapidly, being unable to access my account results unknown losses by not being able to capitialize on selling something ITM, or mitigating loss for something that fell OTM.

I typically need mobile access. The web is not always an option for me. And tofay you said its app only, its not. i cannot accees on a PC either.

Why does this always happen when something is causing big swings in the market? What do you do for your customers who experience a loss due to an outage? Or in my case, several outagages causing several losses?
