is it against the TOS to create a "masterpost" about OCs?

okay so I read the TOS but I don't think this was answered. I have a pseud that's exclusively for OC content, and I want to know if a sort of masterpost is against the rules. it won't just be a list of "statistics" (can't think of a way to word this specific rule) I don't think, but it'll just be a bunch of stuff about the characters and universes (in the style of like "many years ago this happened, and now this. back when that happened, this was also going on and that's how this happened" or something)
