Need help finding a plug and play game from my childhood

There was this game I played when I was younger sometime around 2006-2008 that involved talking sea creatures that would teach you about colors and had a baking mini game. I don’t remember much about the game other than it had a crab who had an Italian accent. It wasn’t officially licensed from a movie or tv show so that makes it a bit harder for me to find. Anyone have any ideas?
