Will I see available jobs on days I'm already scheduled?

Title. I have some Para jobs later in the month, my Frontline settings are finally being fixed so I can book teacher jobs. If I have a Para job on 10/21 will I see available teaching jobs? Do I have to cancel the job first? If I cancel the job, will Frontline "assume" I can't work that day, and not show me jobs? If so, does Sub Alert circumvent that issue?
