Vending at a protest?

Would any of you guys vend at an event that you know is a protest? I was just watching a video on Instagram and the (waste-of-space, good-for-nothing) influencer was saying that we need to make sure protests look more like block parties rather than violent protests. And it made me think, should I try and do business at a protest?

My number 1 concern would be safety if something turned violent of course, but in a rush I can go from FULL service to fully packed up and driving down the road in under 10 minutes (which means I could probably shorten that to 2 minutes if I was exiting for safety and willing to just let product rot on the counter.
