Dating nowadays sucks

I (26m) had a date planned with a girl I met through social media. The plan was to meet for the first time and get to know each other because we just met. I don't really know this girl and she doesn't know me but she's already offered to kiss me and she wants to watch a movie at my house in my bed on the first date. It's just way to much for me and I asked if we could try just being friends first and that I'm not comfortable with such intimacy when we don't really even know if we actually like each other. I apologized and told her I don't want her to feel I'm uninterested but that I want to take things slow and build a relationship over time. She said that was fine and I was relieved because I was afraid of how she would react. I thought she respected the boundaries and I thought it was a clear message of uncomfort with her flirting and what not. But then a few messages later she called me "daddy". It felt like it was such a clear violation of what I had asked that I cut off all communication and started ignoring her. I feel bad but at the same time I've been in so many unhealthy relationships that are always rushed and never end well. I can't do that to myself anymore but it seems to be difficult to date because a lot of girls kinda throw themselves at me. I just don't understand why she would say that after our conversation about being friends and moving slow. I feel like I will be alone forever.
