Normal pay rate for live-in HCOL area?

I am looking to hire an elder caregiver, not a nanny. This community is just a lot more active, so I thought I’d seek some advice here on live-in caregiver pay rates.

What is the normal daily pay rate for a live-in nanny in NYC? Just looking for market data! (We intend to be a fair employer who gives vacation, sick days, and time off during the day. The caregiver would be living with my father-in-law in a senior living community, so no cooking or cleaning would be required, just companionship and help with ADLs for a kind old man.)
