Advice needed on portfolio

Hi All,

I invested in the below stocks one by one to learn about world of stock market. I dipped into different sectors just to see if I can buy and learn something.

Although it's been a while I have stopped investing in stocks and opted for SIPs instead. I am now wondering whether I should hold these stocks or sell them since there is no substantial gain from these investments.

I am open to all suggestions and advice.
