US travel advice

Hi all! I'm going on a US trip (2 weeks). I have explored the west extensively in the past and know Washington and NY in the east.
For this trip I'm planning on doing some more national parks mixed with some great cities or just fun out of the ordinary (for an european) experiences. My plan is:
- Yellowstone

- Mount Rushmore

- Denver (+ Garden of Gods + Great Sand Dunes National Park)

- Colarado Springs

- Santa fé

- Albuquerque (+ White Sands National Park)

- Dallas

- Austin

My questions if anyone can help are:

  1. Are any of these places not worth losing time with?

  2. Am I missing any important places throughout the itinerary going down from Yellowstone to Austin?

  3. Would you recommend any different trip (going to other states or exploring more east or center alternatively), which in your experience offers more in terms of adventure, fun cities, with a mix of culture and "nightlife" (ie. where you can meet people along the way) and national parks?

Notes:
- I've explored almost everything west of these states I'm visiting, including big cities and almost all of the main national parks.

Advice and food for thought is highly appreciated. MANY many thanks!!!
